Mary Kate Fahrenbach Venturini (b. 1986) is a visual artist based in Wheaton, IL. She explores the day-to-day, never ending, and mildly monstrous life as a mother with paint, pastel, collage, and humor. 
Mary Kate received a bachelor’s degree in The Program of Liberal Studies and Graphic Design from the University of Notre Dame and has taken continuing studies courses at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her work has recently been on view at the NYC Crit Club, Dank Haus German Cultural Center, Schoenherr Gallery, and in LAMINATOR Vol. 1, a zine published by Artists on the Lam. She attended the South Porch Artists Residency in South Carolina in the fall of 2024 and is currently enrolled in the NYC Crit Club’s Canopy Program 2.0.
